The story about this pig is pretty cool...i guess years ago in Penn State this was the home of a skateboarder and he made plans to build a half pipe in his yard. The neighbors across the street heard about the ramp and started making complaints to the family and the city...that it would be an eyesore and loud..etc...they made it so that the ramp could not be built...so as a way to get some sort of revenge on the neighbors they created a real eyesore this pig statue...it has eyes made of skateboard wheels with red lights inside that stay on all the time. It faces right at the neighbors house.
